I've been on TRT for years. Like a lot of patients, I spent too long frustrated by the same broken loop — scheduling a draw at Quest or Labcorp, dreading the waiting room, getting back generic results with no context, and hoping my clinic actually received them before my next appointment.

When I discovered at-home microsampling devices, something clicked. The anxiety was gone. The results were the same. But the infrastructure around them — the TRT-specific interpretation, the longitudinal tracking, the automatic clinic delivery — didn't exist. So I built it.

My background is in enterprise transformation — helping large organizations build systems that actually work at scale. I've spent 15+ years turning complex operational problems into clean, reliable processes. TRT lab infrastructure is exactly that kind of problem, and patients deserve better than what exists today.

TRT LabOS is what I wished existed when I started. I'm building it for every patient who dreads the waiting room, questions their numbers, and deserves a clinic experience that starts with real data.

At-home doesn't mean unregulated. Every test runs through the same certified infrastructure as a traditional lab draw.

CLIA-certified laboratory

All samples are processed by a federally certified laboratory under CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments). The same certification standard required of every hospital and reference lab in the US.

Physician-reviewed results

Every panel is reviewed by a licensed physician before results are released. You receive interpretation, not just numbers — and your clinic receives a structured clinical report.

HIPAA-aligned data handling

Your health data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls, audit logs, and data sharing are built to meet HIPAA standards. Your information is never sold or used for advertising.

At-home collection via Tasso

The Tasso device uses a capillary microsampling method — painless, needle-free, and validated against venipuncture for the biomarkers in our panels. No trained phlebotomist required.

HSA / FSA eligible

TRT LabOS panels qualify as medical expenses under IRS guidelines. Pay with your HSA or FSA card at checkout — no reimbursement forms, no waiting.

2–3 day turnaround

Mail your sample via USPS (prepaid label included) and results are typically ready in 2–3 business days. Physician review and clinic delivery happen automatically — no follow-up needed.
