HIPAA notice: TRT LabOS handles health information in a manner consistent with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your lab results and health data are treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) and are never sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.
TRT LabOS, LLC ("TRT LabOS," "we," "us," or "our") operates trtlabos.com and provides at-home lab testing, AI-powered health insights, and clinic-connected reporting services for individuals on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). We are based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

When you connect a TRT clinic to your account, you authorize TRT LabOS to share your lab results and AI-generated reports with that clinic before your scheduled appointments. You may revoke clinic access at any time from your account settings. Revoking access stops future sharing but does not delete records already delivered to the clinic.
Your biological samples are processed by a CLIA-certified laboratory partner. We share your name, date of birth, and test order with this partner for the sole purpose of processing your sample and returning results. Our laboratory partner is contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain session state and understand how visitors use the site. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not build individual user profiles or share data with advertising networks. To exercise any of these rights, email support@trtlabos.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain your account information and health records for as long as your account is active and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law or medical record regulations. When you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
TRT LabOS services are not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately at support@trtlabos.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on your dashboard before the changes take effect. Continued use of TRT LabOS after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
