By creating an account, placing an order, or using any part of the TRT LabOS platform (trtlabos.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
TRT LabOS, LLC ("TRT LabOS," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use TRT LabOS services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Services are available as one-time purchases or subscription plans as described on our Pricing page.
TRT LabOS is not a medical provider. Our AI-generated insights, result interpretations, and educational content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Lab results accessed through our platform should be reviewed with a licensed physician before making any changes to your medication, dosage, or protocol.
Physician review included with each panel is performed for result accuracy and release purposes only and does not establish a patient-physician relationship with TRT LabOS or our laboratory partner.
You are responsible for:
All prices are in US dollars. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the stated amount. Orders are fulfilled upon successful payment.
We ship Tasso collection devices via USPS Priority Mail to continental US addresses. Shipping is included in the price of all panels. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
Sample collection and mailing are your responsibility. We cannot guarantee results if samples are collected incorrectly, damaged in transit, or mailed outside the recommended window.
Subscription plans (Pro, Clinical+) renew automatically on a monthly or quarterly basis as selected at signup. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@trtlabos.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Unused tests included in a subscription period do not roll over after cancellation.
Lab testing services are non-refundable once a sample has been processed. If your device is damaged, lost in transit, or a test fails due to an error on our part, we will re-ship a replacement device at no charge. Contact support@trtlabos.com within 14 days of receiving your results.
If you connect a TRT clinic to your account, you authorize TRT LabOS to deliver your lab results and AI-generated reports to that clinic. You may revoke this authorization at any time. You acknowledge that TRT LabOS is not responsible for how your clinic uses, stores, or acts upon information it receives through our platform.
You agree not to:
All content, design, software, and AI models on the TRT LabOS platform are the property of TRT LabOS, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your lab results and personal health data belong to you. We do not claim ownership of information you generate through use of our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRT LabOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to decisions made based on lab results or AI-generated insights.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of TRT LabOS shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
